Welcome to Strongacre

Prior to founding Strongacre, Charles cut his teeth as a commercial surveyor in the London team at Colliers International. He went on to work in the middle east with a real estate fund that invested in Europe and North America and onto D2 Private that had a £1.5bn commercial real estate portfolio of London and Dublin assets. Most recently he spent time at a family office asset managing the existing portfolio and acquiring new assets. Incorporating property developments from ground up to refurbishments.

Charles founded Strongacre in 2018 to continue his work with family offices and HNWs and their property needs. He focuses on commercial and residential markets in the UK. He has a proven track record of creating value through asset management and commercial strategy. Charles eats, sleeps and dreams property and ultimately success for him is achieved by delivering creative strategies to increase and grow asset value for his clients and partners.

Charles has a BSc (Hons) and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He enjoys cooking, classic cars and DIY.
